Since joining WHITNEY & Company, Michael Lambert has specialized in Investment Sales, Industrial Sales, Industrial Leasing and Land Development. Under the mentorship of John Whitney, Michael has been able to progress as an agent to provide top tier service to his clients including Institutionally funded land developers and publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trusts. Michael Lambert brings the work ethic, focus and determination from his athletic career to the table for his clients. Always focused on the process and never the outcome, Michael is accountable, reliable and believes in working harder than the next person.
Michaels’ background is in competitive sport representing Canada. He competed for the Canadian Snowboard team for 10 years, earning a Top 3 World Ranking, World Cup Gold Medal and competing in 2 Olympic games; Vancouver 2010 and Sochi 2014.
Michael is a strong believer in the fast-paced urbanization of the Kitchener-Waterloo market. He is always up to date on the latest happenings, restaurants and real estate projects. Giving back to the community is also of great importance to Michael and he is a proud member of Rotary International.
